Giannis Antetokounmpo’s sneakers were one of the attractions during the All-Star weekend, and an NBA fan raised the curious question of how long it would take for the Milwaukee Bucks’ star to lace them up.
It’s a hilarious query at best, but that doesn’t change the fact that those white Nike sneakers will need some time to be laced up. Antetokounmpo took to Twitter to post an image of him and his girlfriend, Mariah Riddlesprigger. However, all eyes were on his sneakers that have become the talk of NBA town.
One of the fans replied to the post asking:

And here I am just thinking about how long it would take to re-lace those damn shoes.
The ankle-length sneakers do pose that question. Surprising that the focus did go from the wholesome and cheeky image of ‘The Greek Freak’ and Mariah to his shoes.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Explains His ASG ‘Drip’
The ASG is one such platform where fashion takes centerstage, and Antetokounmpo had his A-Game on when he rocked a knee-length coat over a turtle neck sweater and, of course, the aforementioned sneakers.
When asked to explain his attire, the Bucks superstar had a hilarious explanation for his attire.

“I got this for free,” he said, pointing at his coat. “I got my turtleneck for free. My shoes, Nike for free, bag free, the clipboard…coach gave it to me for free. My watch and bracelet, fake!”
On the season front, the Bucks are placed comfortably in the East with a 41-17 record. Antetokounmpo has been instrumental for the side this season, averaging 31.8 points, 12.2 rebounds, and 5.4 assists as he makes a case for MVP this year.
The team is one of the favorites to go the distance, and it remains to be seen if the Bucks can make a deep run in the postseason. One thing’s for sure, Antetokounmpo’s game on the court is just as amazing as the impeccable fashion sense he has off of it.
