“As I get older, I play with much younger guys. I think my sons keep me young,” he said. “I use it before games, I watch a lot of film on the opponent.
“My son Bryce had an AAU game EYBL game in Phoenix tonight, so up until probably 45 minutes on the clock I was watching his game and watching him going out there and performing and seeing him play that kind of inspired me. It kept me young tonight.”

LeBron James has made it clear that he would like to be in the NBA long enough to play alongside his sons, and that seems to be a big motivation for him.
