Jared Dudley Explains Why He Believes LeBron is The MVP This Season

1 Min Read

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been at the top of most MVP lists this season. With the NBA’s best record and a roster pretty much solely reliant on his dominance, the Greek Freak has been everyone’s front runner the last couple of months.

But, recently, LeBron James’ name has surfaced in these MVP talks and some think he has built a strong case for the award.

On Twitter, Lakers veteran Jared Dudley explained the thinking behind the belief that LeBron James is actually the MVP.

Dudley is trying to argue that since LeBron has a new team and new system in place, his performance is more impressive than Antetokounmpo’s. While a new regime can often be a big challenge to players, James got more help this season as opposed to Giannis, whose team actually lost an important piece in Malcolm Brogdon over the summer.

But people are going to look at things in their own lens and for Dudley, the picture is clear.
