Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla is doing a terrific job this season, showing his players the light at the end of the tunnel. The Celtics are playing at the best level right now, even posting the best record in the league right now.

Mazzulla entered the season with plenty of doubts following the infamous Ime Udoka scandal, but things have worked just fine for him and his players. The Celtics are on another level right now, and Mazzulla deserves a lot of credit for that. His tactics are working just fine, and recently, NBA fans learned the secret behind this success.

Mazzulla is a first-year head coach, but he’s been doing scouting reports and coaching for a while now, succeeding at it and showing why it was a matter of time before he got a head coaching job.

Joe Mazzulla’s Quizlet Account Had Interesting Scouting Reports About NBA Rivals

Recently, a dedicated girlfriend created a Quizlet account so she could talk with her boyfriend about some Phoenix Suns players. This good action ended up with Mazzulla’s Quizlet account being found, showing the scouting reports he had for several players over the years.

A girlfriend made a Quizlet to memorize Suns players so she can “talk shop” with her boyfriend during games & she accidentally came across Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla’s Quizlet of scouting reports for opponents

Mazzulla studied a lot of players, including high-profile names like Chris Paul, Zach LaVine, and Kyle Kuzma. The best part of this is that the reports were accurate, and many fans agreed with that.

Chris Paul: “Early mid PNR’s in transition. Alert to 3 for 2 and 2 for 1 situations. Must keep him directed. Will snake on PNR. Make sure we chase and challenge on East West snakes. Will mouse it. Make sure we inch out.”

Zach LaVine: “Alert to leakouts in transition. Favors left hand drives. Will pull up in PNR. Be utt. Shoots off DHO’s. Chase and challenge. Shoots 8 3’s a game.”

Michael Porter Jr.: “Selfish player, always looking to score for himself. Hunts transition 3’s. Coming off screens looking to shoot. He is a great cutter on PNR’s and Jokic posts ups. Be alert to all times. Be ready for hus duck in as well from the weak side.”

Patrick Williams: “See Kawhi scouting report. They are the same player.”

Dillon Brooks: “Shoot any time. Not looking to pass. Flies off pin downs. Shoots 6 3’s per game. Favors right hand drives. “

Kyle Kuzma: “Alert to leakouts. Good shooter, hunting shots. Is very aggressive. Likes to shoot off his left hand. Right hand driver, will settle for pull ups. He is not passing.”

The Boston Celtics surely memorized all of this, but Mazzulla will need to use a different platform to give these scouting reports. The team is having a great season, sitting atop the power ranking while having the best duo in the league and the favorite MVP candidate

Joe stepped up when the team needed him, and he’s done a terrific job so far. These Celtics are ready to win it all, and they won’t rest until that’s a reality.
