The NBA world has been witnessing a massive feud boiling over between multiple players very recently. Karl-Anthony Towns made some comments about Russell Westbrook, taking shots at him for stat-chasing. Since then, several NBA players have responded to KAT’s comments.

Draymond Green responded to Towns’ coming after Westbrook by sharing a story of how Towns was on the court with 2 minutes to go while being blown out by the Golden State Warriors, suggesting that Towns himself was chasing stats in that game while accusing Russ of doing the same.

Green’s comments drew a response from KAT, who put the blame on the coach. But another rival of Karl-Anthony Towns from the past had some harsher words for Towns.

And now, another one of Towns’ rivals, Joel Embiid, has responded to him, going off on him on Social Media. Joel Embiid took to Instagram to tell Towns that he shouldn’t be saying anything after losing by 20 points, and suggested that he knew something about Towns that no one else did, but refused to share that information with the world.

“Imagine talking after a 20 pts loss. You hate to see it lmao. Go ahead using that pic of me caring about losing in the 2nd round OF THE PLAYOFFS. Oh wait, you’ve never been there. You don’t know what is like. No (Cap) boy finally won 3 games and he’s talking and I know you ain’t talking. You’ve been a p*ssy your whole life. That’s why you were treated like a b*tch boy by you know who. I aint gonna put out your business by I got the facts about you. Don’t get it twisted, I OWN YOU.”

Towns and Embiid have a history together, including a massive brawl during a 76ers-Timberwolves game in the past. It seemed like their beef was over after Embiid expressed happiness over Towns’ recovery and return after being on the sidelines for testing positive for COVID-19.

But what is perhaps more surprising is that Embiid is sticking up for Westbrook. Much like Towns, Embiid has a history with Russell Westbrook, with both going after each other. Clearly, Embiid respects talent over anything else and stuck up for Westbrook despite their animosity.
