John Wall’s generosity was highlighted when he presented a $40,000 President Rolex to all of his teammates when he inked a $170 million extension with the Washington Wizards.

Dubbed the ‘President’ model, the brand rolled out an edition since President Dwight Eisenhower wore the timepiece, and at $40,000 per unit, the cost of 15 of them came up to a whopping $600,000 in total. Per Yahoo! Sports, the point guard made sure his four-year deal was celebrated right with a spate of watches.

This is a solid gesture from Wall, which was well-appreciated by his teammates. During his time with the Wizards, he averaged 19.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 9.2 assists. This season, Wall played for the LA Clippers, averaging 11.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 5.2 assists.

John Wall Set To Play In The NBL

Wall might be seen playing ball for a team in Australia soon. The former Clippers point guard is reportedly garnering interest from an Australian basketball team.

Per Michael Randall from The Herald Sun, Wall is on the list of the South East Melbourne Phoenix, who are looking to add a point guard for the upcoming NBL season. Wall has a minority stake in the club, but that doesn’t prevent him from suiting up for the side.

The report further added that the team has already filled eight slots in the 11-man roster with two foreign spots left, and one of them could be the veteran guard.

For now, Wall will look to get some basketball action before making plans to return to the NBA, and should he sizzle in Australia, a callback to the US wouldn’t be far away.
