Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors had an incredible game last night, as they dominated the Washington Wizards. The Warriors looked incredible and put on an absolute showcase against the Wizards. Things got so bad for the Wizards that one of their players hilariously pleaded with Warriors head coach Steve Kerr to take Stephen Curry out of the game.

In the final 2 minutes of the game between the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope jokingly asked Steve Kerr to sub out Stephen Curry. Curry had scored 47 points against the Wizards, and KCP didn’t want to see him do more damage. KCP also hilariously celebrated after Kerr agreed to take Stephen Curry out.

The game between the Warriors and the Wizards was a special one for Warriors fans, as it marked the return of Warriors enforcer Draymond Green. Green had been out for a significant portion of the season due to an injury but made his return last night. On top of that, it was the first time in almost 3 years that Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson were on the court together at the same time.

Green spoke after the game about the chemistry he shares with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson and noted that it is based on years of playing and winning championships together. Green also proclaimed that the Warriors would win the NBA championship this season, regardless of what seed they hold in the Western Conference.

If Stephen Curry continues to play the way he did last night in the playoffs, then Green’s proclamation could well come true. Curry scored 47 points last night, including 7 three-pointers. If Curry and the Warriors continue their excellent offensive performances, there will be few teams in the league capable of stopping them.
