Kevin Durant Roasts Shannon Sharpe On Twitter: “Y’all Drunk Uncle Out Here Lying Again.”

2 Min Read

Kevin Durant is unbelievably good at basketball… but he’s also quite the Twitter keyboard warrior.

Whether it’s defending his legacy to the haters, arguing with the fans on Twitter, or just generally calling out those whom he sees fit, Durant has made it a personal mission to clap back on social media, and it’s become a rather signature move for him.

Well, on Monday, Durant was back to his usual antics, this time with Shannon Sharpe in the crosshairs. He called him out for using a “false quote” in connection to LeBron, while referring to Mr. Sharpe as a “drunk uncle.”

To be fair, one could argue that Shannon was not speaking literally in that scenario. Rather, he could have been illustrating what Durant’s mindset might have been during that time.

Nonetheless, it didn’t stop the Nets superstar from going after him. If Sharpe is using his name, after all, KD has every right to talk about it — and many fans, who backed him up in the comments, feel the same way.

Durant is just one of those dudes who is always monitoring what’s being said about himself. And, if he doesn’t like it, he’s going to let you know.
