LaVar Ball always finds a way to make headlines. This man always has something to say and his words are often bold. Of course, this wasn’t the exception, as the Ball family patriarch has predicted all his three songs will play together in the NBA at some point in their career, with one of the best franchises in the association.
During a recent interview, LaVar claimed Lonzo, LaMelo and LiAngelo will play together with the Los Angeles Lakers at some point down the road. This comes after he said ‘I don’t care’ about the Lakers a couple of days ago, but now he’s trying to make the case for his boys to wear the Purple and Gold and share touches with each other at the Staples Center.
“They coming back to the Lakers later. That’s the inside scoop, don’t let them know that yet. We pop up all three of them over there.”

“They coming back to the Lakers later. That’s the inside scoop, don’t let them know that yet. We pop up all three of them over there.”
Lonzo already played for the Lakers since 2017 through 2019. He was the second overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft, but he couldn’t fit in L.A., which led the team to ship him to New Orleans in the blockbuster deal that brought Anthony Davis to Los Angeles.
LaMelo is entering the 2020 NBA Draft and he appears to have high expectations around him. The kid is great on the offense but still has to polish some things on the defensive end. Still, he’s seen as one of the best prospects of the 2020 class.
As for LiAngelo, he signed a G League contract before the coronavirus outbreak and he looks like the brother with the least possibilities to make it to the association. That doesn’t seem to bother LaVar, though, who is confident his sons not only will make it to the NBA but will play in the Lakers, the second-winningest team in the league history.
