LeBron James had an incredible game against the Cleveland Cavaliers last night. Playing against his former team, LeBron put on a masterclass, scoring 38 points, and getting a triple-double. It was a supremely focused effort from James, with a lot of great moments. But undoubtedly, one of the best moments of the game was when LeBron dunked on his former teammate Kevin Love.

Kevin Love got his revenge during the game when he jokingly confronted James and put him in a headlock. But after the game, Kevin Love also Tweeted that he was angry with LeBron James and wouldn’t be speaking to him for 48 hours. LeBron James responded to Love’s Tweet, jokingly apologizing to Love and hoping he wouldn’t be upset.

LeBron also joked after the game saying that Kevin Love should have gotten out of the way. Clearly, the two were just having fun with each other online, and there were no hard feelings at play. Love and James played together for 4 years, and even won an NBA championship together, so them being close friends does not come as a surprise.

LeBron responded after the game, noting that while he was happy with the triple-double, his primary focus was getting the win for his team. Given the Lakers’ season, any and every win they can get is going to be crucial for them, as they remain focused on trying to secure a spot in the play-in tournament.

The Lakers’ win against Cleveland was one of the best of their season, and Magic Johnson seemed to be optimistic that the Lakers could capitalize on the momentum of this win and get to the playoffs and have a great showing during the postseason. But the one problem for the Lakers this season has been their inability to capitalize on momentum and string together wins.
