LeBron James Congratulates Draymond Green, Not Stephen Curry After Warriors Championship: “Byot Champ!!!! Congratulations My Brother!! Yessir.”

The Golden State Warriors became seven-time NBA champions on Thursday night after easily beating the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of the 2022 NBA Finals. The Dubs went on a 21-run in the first quarter and got a big lead that never lost. Even though the Celtics tried to fight back, Golden State stayed firm and closed things out at TD Garden.

Stephen Curry earned most of the attention after recording another great game, dropping 34 points on the C’s. The point guard won his first Finals MVP, getting a lot of praise for his level. Many people like Shaquille O’Neal, Donovan Mitchell, Karl-Anthony Towns and others congratulated the Warriors on the big win, but some figures are yet to react to this championship.

Kevin Durant has completely ignored his former team and LeBron James is yet to show some love to Stephen Curry. The King did watch the game and took to social media to give a shoutout to one of the champions, but in this case, it was Draymond Green.

James shared a series of Instagram stories praising Draymond and celebrating him for winning the championship. It was all focused on Green being a partner of LeBron’s tequila brand Lobos 1707, so every storied he shared was focused on that. Moreover, he shared a post on his profile, showing more appreciation for the 4x NBA champion.

Bron really went off celebrating Draymond but as of right now, he hasn’t shared a single post congratulating Stephen Curry, one of his favorite players in the league. A lot has been said about the fact that Steph now has the same championships as LeBron and some think this has something to do with that. However, it could be only a matter of time before James sends a message to his fellow Akron native.

He was in awe of Steph during the playoff and the Finals, so it’s odd to know that he hasn’t dedicated any message to him. The NBA world is weird sometimes, and we have to wait and see if this situation changes soon.
