LeBron James On The Possibility Of Playing With Bronny In The NBA: “He Has My Support And My Blueprint. With Health And A Little Bit Of Luck, That Would Be The Ultimate Thing.”

2 Min Read

LeBron James has made a lot of history during his 19-year tenure in the NBA, yet, he’s not satisfied and keeps looking for new and harder challenges. One of the biggest records he could break would be Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s career points. Still, The King is also looking to leave the most significant mark on the league.

James’ durability has become a huge weapon for him, and the player is ready to keep it like that and fulfill one of his dreams: play with his son. Bronny James is currently 17, which means he’s a couple of years away from joining the association. His father has made it clear he wants to play with Bronny at least one season before he retires from the game.

After Bronny went off on Bron’s old high school St. Vincent St. Mary, the player was asked about his goal of sharing touches with his first son. LBJ replied by saying that health and luck will play a key role in that.

“He has my support and my blueprint. With health and a little bit of luck, that would be the ultimate thing.”

We’ve seen duos of fathers and sons playing in the league at different times. However, we haven’t seen a father and son duo playing simultaneously in the association, let alone on the same team.

Well, that’s another milestone LeBron could reach in the future. Meanwhile, he’s still trying to find the balance with the Los Angeles Lakers, who have struggled during the first month of the 2021/22 season.

James signed a two-year contract extension with the Lakers that will run through 2023. In two years, Bronny will be able to enter the league, and The King will have the chance to go wherever he wants, depending on what team drafts his son. Even if you’re not a LeBron fan, deep down you want to see this happening. Imagine how cool it would be.
