There is no doubt that basketball is something that a lot of regular people use to relax, have fun, and reduce stress. Generally, playing basketball is done with teammates, but practicing alone can also be a very good feeling.

LeBron James has recently posted a video of himself shooting around on an empty court, claiming that this activity was “tranquility at its finest”. James also stated “I love you” when referring to the game of basketball, and it’s clear that he’s one of the players that love hooping for the sake of hooping.

Despite the fact that the Los Angeles Lakers had a poor season as a team, LeBron James was fantastic on an individual level. The Lakers star averaged 30.3 PPG, 8.2 RPG, and 6.2 APG while shooting 35.9% from beyond the arc. He is clearly still playing like a superstar, despite these likely being the last few years of his career. There is no doubt that LeBron James has had to put in a lot of hours to consistently maintain this level of play.

Hopefully, we see the Los Angeles Lakers become a better team next season. LeBron James likely wants the team to be way more competitive than they were last season, and there have already been reports that suggested Lebron James would leave the Lakers if they were to “punt” next season. Hopefully, that doesn’t happen, and the Los Angeles Lakers should retain LeBron James at all costs.

There is definitely a chance that the Los Angeles Lakers will surprise everyone next season. The Lakers still have two superstars on the roster, and perhaps their defense will be better next season under coach Darvin Ham. We’ll have to wait to see what ends up happening, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Lakers as a playoff team once again.
