A lot of great players seem to have different numbers in their careers. Kobe Bryant notably had both No. 8 and No. 24, and Michael Jordan notably wore No. 12, No.23, and No. 45 in his career. Both of those players are candidates for the GOAT position among many fans.

LeBron James is this era’s player that is widely considered the GOAT. He has also had two different numbers in his career, with him putting on both No. 6 and No. 23 during his NBA career. No. 6 was notably worn during his time with the Miami Heat, a period that is widely regarded as his prime. Shams Charania has recently reported that LeBron James will be changing his jersey back to No. 6 next season. Charania also mentioned that LeBron James will be wearing No. 6 in his new movie, Space Jam: A New Legacy.

It will definitely be interesting to see how No. 6 is part of the new Space Jam movie. Many people have fond memories of LeBron James’ dominance while wearing No. 6, and perhaps LeBron James can dominate the league again next season, just like he did with the Miami Heat.
