Michael Jordan’s competitiveness is unmatched. The Chicago Bulls legend always tried to do everything to win, pushing himself and those around him to reach greatness

That’s how he became a 6x NBA champion and the greatest player of all time. His Airness never learned a different way to handle himself, and that’s why he’s so successful right now.

MJ gave his all whenever he competed, and even when he didn’t need to do it, he tried to defeat people. One of the funniest moments happened when legendary magician David Blaine pulled a magic trick on Jordan. Yet, No. 23 attempted to dismantle all of that.

Blaine asked Jordan to pick a card and say it out loud. Then, David names one person and asks them to select a number up to 30. When this man named George picks 27, Mike gets rid of 27 cards before shuffling the rest behind his back.

Then, when David was going to reveal the card, he asked Jordan if he shuffled the pack; the legend replied as only he could.

“I didn’t shuffle, I tried to trick you,” he said while Blaine and the rest of the public laughed.

Still, the trick went great, as Jordan ended up having the three of hearts in his hands. He tried to trick back, but that didn’t work against one of the best magicians in history.

He probably took that personally, but David wasn’t a rival he could beat that easily. MJ needs to compete to feel alive; no wonder he became so passionate about golf, which allowed him to compete after he retired from the NBA
