Myles Turner has been linked with a move away from Indiana for a long time now. The talented big man was mentioned in rumors placing him in Golden State, Los Angeles and more. In the end, he has stayed with the Pacers, who are entering a rebuilding era right now.

Turner is still linked with a move to Los Angeles, as the Lakers could use his services this upcoming season. Other teams have been mentioned as potential suitors for his services, but the player is happy right where he is. However, in recent hours, one reporter claimed that Turner wants out of Indiana as soon as possible.

“It’s not me guessing here, Myles [Turner] has no interest in staying in Indianapolis,” Bob Kravitz of The Athletic said on the Setting the Pace podcast.

Given all the rumors surrounding the player, many people reacted to this, including Turner himself. The big man took to Twitter to send a message to Kravitz, denying those claims.

“One cap, two cap, red cap, blue cap,” a gif that Turner shared reads.

If somebody had doubts about this player’s commitment to the team or the city, he made sure to shut them down. Still, given that the Pacers are entering a different era after trading Domantas Sabonis away and getting Tyrese Haliburton, perhaps Turner will be the next big player to leave the squad.

This one will be an interesting offseason for the Pacers, who have some interesting assets to start rebuilding and creating a solid project for the future. Even though Turner is happy there, it won’t be long until he gets tired of losing, if the team doesn’t ship him away before that happens.
