NBA Fan Jokes About Stephen Curry: “Steph Curry Without 3 All-Star Players.”

2 Min Read

It has only been two games, but it appears like this season could be another in which the Golden State Warriors reside near the bottom of the Western Conference.

Steph Curry and his “Dub Nation” have experienced unbelievable success over the past few years, winning three titles in four years and breaking all kinds of records along the way. Unfortunately, the departures of several key players (including Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala) coupled with major injuries to Klay Thompson have compromised their depth.

Now, Curry is having to compete without all the backup we’ve been so accustomed to seeing — and NBA fans are having fun with the results.

In the first two games this season, Curry has been playing like himself, averaging just 19.5 points 8 assists, and 4 rebounds per game on 34% shooting.

Whether or not that’s from early-season rust or a lack of star-power on the roster remains to be seen, but it’s becoming quite clear that Steph, by his own, isn’t nearly enough to make the Warriors relevant in the West.

For their sake, they better hope guys like Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green step up, or the franchise could be in for another rough campaign.
