NBA Fans Call Out Steve Nash After Celtics Beat Nets Again: “Steve Nash Out There Watching The Game Like Us Man.”

The Brooklyn Nets suffered yet another disappointing loss to the Boston Celtics. Coming into Game 2, the Nets’ biggest stars had an off-night, and the Celtics were able to take advantage and take a 2-0 lead in their first-round series. It was a frustrating evening for the Nets, who never seemed to click. And someone who has come under fire for his decision-making on the night is Nets coach Steve Nash.

One NBA fan jokingly called out Steve Nash for being a passive bystander during the game, much like every other NBA fan, but the fact that he is the head coach of the Nets doesn’t reflect well on him. Nash has been questioned significantly since the start of the playoffs, as the Nets have not been performing to their full potential, especially considering the kind of talent they have available to them.

Steve Nash out there just watching the game like us man

Most NBA fans hilariously agreed with the fan, as there isn’t a lot of credit being given to Nash. Many have pointed out that his rotations, plus Nash looked like he didn’t give any instructions to the players when things were going wrong. Some fans have accused Nash of being inactive and not making adjustments at the right time, and Nash not being proactive could have cost the Nets the game.

Drummond is a pure defensive liability, Defense wins Championships, Nets defense is non existent and Nash was hired with no coaching experience, Nets will not win a chip with Nash as head coach

Noooooooo not always tho.🤣 He’s had some flabbergasting non-challenges this year. Although maybe because nobody told him to do it.😭

Nash’s coaching ability has been under question since the day he joined the Nets as the head coach. Nash was an incredibly intelligent player during his career in the NBA, but he has had zero coaching experience prior to him getting the job. On top of that, the comments from Kyrie Irving concerning him and Kevin Durant not ‘needing’ a head coach didn’t help matters.

Nash and the Nets have an uphill task ahead of them, trying to overturn a 2-0 deficit. Playing at home will be a big boost. But the Nets will undoubtedly be waiting for Ben Simmons to return, as he would immediately become the best defender on the team and could be relied upon to lock down players like Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
