NBA Fans Can’t Believe How Much Weight Shannon Brown Gained After Retirement

1 Min Read

NBA fans were shocked after a picture of an overweight Shannon Brown saw the light. The former NBA player is part of BIG 3’s Aliens, one of the two winless teams in the league so far.

During a game against Ghost Ballers, the shooting guard was pictured in an angle that made him look bigger than he actually is. Of course, a lot of people reacted to that, making any type of comment about his physics.

Others clarified the situation, showing different pics of Brown during the game, proving that he’s not as heavy as some wanted to make him look.

Body shaming is something that most people around the world are trying to erase. Yet, the rest of the fans are quick to make jokes about others’ physics, not knowing what might be going on in these people’s lives.

The NBA has seen these cases recently, with James Harden adding 10-15 pounds during the last offseason and Caleb Swanigan weighing over 400 LBS one year after playing in the association.

These things are anything but good. Something must change, especially on social media, when people are safely criticizing others behind a screen.
