After going up 3-1 on Saturday, the Phoenix Suns could practically taste the NBA Finals.

Coming into tonight, with a chance to close out the series on their home floor, Phoenix was favored to come out victorious.

Instead, they wet the bed, getting out-hustled in their own gym and letting the Clippers keep their season alive.

It was a rather shocking showing, especially without Kawhi, and NBA fans were going nuts over the results.

The final score was 116-102, and much credit has to be given to the Clippers for their inspiring performance. Thanks to 41 points by PG, and a solid showing on both ends from the supporting cast, they proved that this squad is capable of advancing to the Finals, even without Kahwi Leonard.

The young Suns just got outplayed in Game 5, possibly because their mind was on a potential matchup with the Bucks.

Whatever the case, they're going to have to come out with the same focus, energy, and passion they had in all the games before if they want to secure their trip to the Finals.

Against this team, at this stage, only the best will cut it. Still, they have two more tries to put the Clippers away.

Game 6 will be on Wednesday at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
