For the first time since the 2005-06 campaign, the Sacramento Kings have managed to win 40 games in a single season.

The red-hot Kings got their 40th win on Saturday night after beating the Phoenix Suns and NBA fans reacted to the franchise finally hitting that mark after 16 years.

“Ngl man, y’all need to respect the Kings way more. Jesus that team is tough..” said a fan who believes the Kings deserve more respect.

“Wanted that Suns W, but the Kings are looking good!” a Suns fan was obviously rooting for their team but admitted that the Kings are looking good this season.

“Gg Kings fans! So happy for y’all.” said one user who is happy that the long-suffering Kings fans finally have a great team to cheer for.

“Mike Brown COTY and it’s not even close, to be honest.” stated a fan who thinks Mike  Brown deserves to win COTY for the excellent job he has done so far.

“The Kings have something special brewing in Sacramento! Light the beam again.” The beam was lit yet again and as the fan says, there is something special brewing in Sacramento.

It was yet another balanced performance by the Kings in what has been the hallmark of their season. They had seven players score in double digits and Harrison Barnes led the way with 19 points. De’Aaron Fox and Malik Monk had 18 points each while Domantas Sabonis finished with 17 points to go with 8 rebounds.

Their offense continues to cause major problems for the opposition, with the Kings having scored at least 120 points in every game after the All-Star break. No one has really found a way to put the clamps on them and it will be interesting to see how this team performs in the postseason.

LeBron James Believes Mike Brown Should Win COTY

It isn’t just NBA fans who think that Brown should win COTY, as LeBron James stated that his former head coach is “hands down” the winner of the award. Brown deserves all the praise that has been coming his way, having successfully returned the franchise to relevance for the first time in nearly two decades.

Nick Young also believes that Brown should win the award if they finish as the second seed in the Western Conference. That just seems likelier with the passing day and this will go down as a very special season in Sacramento, no matter how it ends.

Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely. He admired Marion’s finishing ability at the rim and his shooting, despite an unconventional jump shot, believing that Marion’s skill set would have been even more appreciated in today’s NBA.This transformative experience not only deepened his love for basketball but also shaped his approach to sports writing, enabling him to connect with readers through vivid storytelling and insightful analysis.
