No matter what he does, LeBron James will always get criticized by those who apparently live to blast the Los Angeles Lakers superstar. The King recently made a big appearance in the Drew League, putting up a show with his team, although they only won the match by 2 points.
He was great on the stat sheet, even if his 3-point shooting wasn’t the best, but James recorded a good game, showing what could come to the NBA next season. We can always see something new from LeBron, but there’s something that he apparently won’t stop doing: complaining.
This has been a common thing for the 4x NBA champion, who often does this in the association. It seems like it doesn’t matter where he is, LeBron will always have something to say to officials. He was recorded talking to referees during his Drew League game, which instantly caused a big stir among fans.

“A tradition like none other,” The Dan Le Batard Show Twitter account wrote.
This opened the door for many fans who didn’t take long to blast LeBron. While some attacked the King, others defended him, calling haters out for criticizing something that any other player in the league would have done.
Never seen a player who gets as many calls as he does and yet still cries as much as he does..

if Jordan did this shit – “ultra competitive”, “wants to win at all costs”, “goat mentality” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
— NBAplant (@NBAplant) July 16, 2022
LeBron straight up fact couldn’t handle the physical game when Jordan was around. Also, he couldn’t carry Jordan’s jock! That to is a straight up fact

Yes, these lucky people were treated to an overpaid, overrated athlete complaining when he shouldn't and when it didn't matter.
Kids, gather around and let's watch the video again. We'd be embarrassed if you guys do this in your games but we love it when LeBron does it.

Very classy Jordan! You wouldn’t last a minute in todays league. pic.twitter.com/aNKeJTVfP1

Imagine complaining to the refs in the Drew League 🤦♂️

It’s hilarious how people are saying Jordan did this also. But forget that this is the soft flop league, and Jordan actually had to deal with real physicality, elbows and the bad boys of Detroit. Today if it looks like you’re reaching in too far it’s a foul.

Most competitive athlete of all time. Even in a drew league game his passion to win is unmatched

I'm not a huge basketball fan so I'm not debating anything, but I'm impressed with these referees who I assume are just regular guys, it probably takes some strength to ignore a big star like LeBron while he's whining and tell him to be quiet so you can do your job.
— emily (@emnode) July 17, 2022
If this were anyone else people would be talking about his “competitive fire” lol

vintage Lebron…crying about a call

LeBron James gets a lot of criticism every time he steps on any court, and this time wouldn’t be the exception. He was trying to win his game, as he should, and used every resource he had to accomplish that. Some people will find something bad in that, but it’s not like LeBron cares about it anymore.
This offseason has been very entertaining for him, who is still seeing what the Lakers are gonna do with their roster. With rumors involving Kyrie Irving and Russell Westbrook, the Lakers have a lot on their hands right now.
