NBA Fans Shocked Reaction After Giannis Antetokounmpo Said He Could Play For The Chicago Bulls In The Future

Michael Jordan’s time with the Chicago Bulls helped the franchise win six NBA Championships during the 1990s. Although, since then, the Bulls are yet to win another title, they are still considered a legendary franchise.

Evidently, it means almost every player in the NBA dreams to one day play for the franchise that Michael Jordan played for. It seems Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is no different.

In a recent interview, Antetokounmpo shockingly revealed that he might want to play for the Bulls down the line. While Giannis is currently committed to the Bucks, he even led them to a ring back in the 2020-21 NBA season; fans of the franchise are still concerned that their superstar might not spend his entire career with them.

Giannis Antetokounmpo doesn’t rule out playing for the Bulls in the future πŸ‘€

β€œI'm committed to the Bucks. Down the line, you never know. Maybe I play for Chicago.”

“I think anybody who is asked that question and would say no, he’s a liar. It’s a team that won multiple championships, it’s the team with one of the greatest, if not the greatest players to ever play this game played for. It’s a no-brainer, everybody would love to play for Chicago. Down the line, you never know. Maybe I play for Chicago, but right now I am committed to Milwaukee.”

Upon hearing Giannis’s thoughts in the interview, NBA fans had various reactions. Obviously, Bulls fans were happy knowing that The Greek Freak might play for them in the future, but the Bucks fans weren’t so happy about it.

why would he say this? πŸ˜‚

At this point, there is no way to confirm that Antetokounmpo was actually serious about it or it was just another one of his classic pranks.

During the offseason, Giannis has gotten into a habit of cracking hilarious jokes and pranks. We will truly get to know about his intention in the future, but Bucks fans and the front office might be a tad bit worried about his comments, to be honest.
