Lakers superstar Anthony Davis recently took some time to talk with the fans of NBA Reddit, who got to ask him a plethora of interesting and thought-provoking questions.
Among the sea of inquiries, one of the most interesting was by one fan, who asked AD which player is the toughest for him to guard.
"KD. 6’11, can do it all from anywhere on the floor. I’ve won some battles, he’s won some battles, but having to guard him is just tough."
Durant is rather notorious for his excellent and other-worldly scoring ability. As a 6'11 forward with a crazy wingspan, he's able to score over just about anyone, and always seems to find new ways to put the ball in the hoop.
An 11x All-Star, 4x Scoring Champ, and 2x NBA Champion, he has a long list of accolades to match his ability.
And, considering Davis is among the best defenders in the game, with 8 years of experience in the league, it is noteworthy that he named KD of all people.
In the end, I can imagine that KD is the toughest person to guard for a lot of players, as nobody seems truly able to stop him from putting up buckets.
Perhaps this summer, if the Lakers and Nets meet in the Finals, we'll get to see them match up against each other once more.
