As for Bonzi Wells, he has not had even close to the same success in the NBA. He played in the NBA for 10 years after getting drafted by the Trail Blazers, and never made any massive waves in the league. His most successful season was his rookie year, where he and the Trail Blazers took on the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.
The two players’ careers are not comparable, as they had entirely different trajectories. But based on the accolades, both personal and team-oriented, it isn’t at all fair to suggest that Bonzi Wells was a better player than Draymond Green.
