Jah Jackson Is Already As Tall And As Heavy As Joel Embiid At 15 Years Old

1 Min Read

The NBA has a lot of interesting prospects on their way but perhaps nobody is more intriguing than 14-year-old Jahzare Jackson. The guy is still so young and has to continue developing his game — but at 7’0″, 280 pounds, Jah is certainly unlike the rest of the field.

LeBron James is 6’9″ and 250 pounds. Zion Williamson comes in at 6’6″, 284 pounds. Joel Embiid is 7′ and 280 pounds. Jah, at just 14, is as tall and as heavy as Embiid and just four pounds lighter than Zion.

There is a ton of optimism that Jackson could end up as one of the NBA’s best bigs — but there is also a lot of concern. Much of his game still needs work and since he’s so heavy, his durability is certainly a matter of concern.

No word has dropped on where this kid will play, but he has plenty of time to figure it out. So long as he stays in shape and works hard to improve his game, he should be a high-valued prospect when his name pops up in a future draft.
