James Harden was welcomed by Daryl Morey last week when they reunited in Philadelphia after many years together in Houston. They took different routes when Morey left the Houston Rockets before Harden requested a trade last year, ending an era for the Texan team.
They're back together now, trying to win a championship with the Sixers. Philadelphia has an exciting duo in Harden and Joel Embiid, with some comparing them to Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal.
These two are expected to do incredible things at Wells Fargo Center, but fans are wondering when James will make his way back to the court. The Beard is already in Philly and today, he visited the team's facility, showing his excitement to join this squad.
The Sixers shared a couple of posts on Instagram showing the Beard making his way to the gym. Harden looks comfortable and happy, ready to start this new challenge with the team.
Moreover, he was spotted taking some shots with Tyrese Maxey at the gym, getting to know his new teammate.
Great as this is, the Sixers received bad news regarding Harden. The player won't be able to make his debut soon, even missing the upcoming All-Star Game, as he continues to deal with a left hamstring injury.
We'll have to wait for a little before seeing Harden making his debut with the Sixers. This shouldn't be a problem for them since they've managed to stay at the top positions in the Eastern Conference standings.
The All-Star break is upon us and it couldn't be a better time for Harden to arrive in Philly. He's ready to take on this new challenge and the Sixers fans are hoping to see the guy display all of his talents in their quest to the championship. Things got a lot more interesting for the Sixers and we can't wait to see what's next for this squad now that they added a player like Harden.
