James Harden Sends Warning To The Rest Of The League: “Healthy James Harden… It’s Scary, Scary Hours.”

The Brooklyn Nets got eliminated in the second round this year and did not fulfil their championship aspirations. They were one game away from the Eastern Conference Finals, even with some injuries to the key players on their team. The Brooklyn Nets will likely come back with a vengeance next season to try and win that championship, and with the firepower on the roster, many have them as the favourites.

It seems as though James Harden is ready to try and chase that elusive ring next season. When speaking to sports reporter Ari Alexander, James Harden sent a warning to the rest of the league, saying it was “scary, scary hours” for everyone else next season as he was going to be fully healthy.

A healthy James Harden is certainly a force to be reckoned with. During the 2020-21 season, James Harden averaged 24.6 PPG, 7.9 RPG, and 10.8 APG, only being a few rebounds a game away from a triple-double. With Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant as his teammates, James Harden’s role this season changed to one of a facilitator, rather than being the main scorer. As we can see, he’s definitely performed admirably.

There was no team that could match the Brooklyn Nets’ offense last season, though it remains to be seen if the Big 3 of the Los Angeles Lakers can do that this season. The Nets have 3 players that can dominate at any given moment. Any team with that much star power should be able to make it to the Finals if everyone is healthy. Hopefully, this iteration of the Brooklyn Nets can get there, and perhaps win it all. James Harden will be one of the key factors for them this season, and maybe we’ll see the iconic guard lift his first championship this season.
