Kanye West Thanked Kevin Durant For Liking His Post On Instagram: “I’m Gonna Tell Everyone I See Today That KD Liked My Post For The First Time In A Long Time.”

Kevin Durant is usually very active on social media. KD is known to use platforms like Twitter and Instagram on a regular basis, and sometimes even uses the platforms to send direct and subliminal messages to fans and other personalities within the NBA. But one person was relieved, and even thrilled to see Kevin Durant like his post on Instagram.

That would be none other than Kanye West. Yesterday, Kanye was posting a lot on social media, with comments and messages mostly directed towards Pete Davidson, Kid Cudi, and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. And Kanye took KD liking his post as a message of support and solidarity.

Kanye West posted a screenshot of a previous post which showed that Kevin Durant had liked it. In the caption, he thanked Kevin Durant for liking his post and showing what he felt was a show of solidarity, something he had not seen from Kevin Durant in quite a long time.

"THATS LOVE KD JUST THAT SIMPLE LIKE MADE ME REALIZED AND LIBERATED I’M GONNA TELL EVERYONE I SEE TODAY THAT KD LIKED MY POST FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME I FEEL RECOGNIZED YOU COULD HAVE ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD AND STILL BE DISMISSED I STARTED TO FEEL LIKE IT WAS ME AGAINST THE WORLD EVERYONE."

Durant and Kanye have a history, one that dates back most recently to this summer. In the lead-up to releasing his album 'Donda', Kanye invited Durant to a private listening party in Las Vegas before KD and Team USA left for Tokyo. On top of that, Durant also mentioned that Kanye consulted with him ahead of releasing his album.

Most recently, Kanye has been very vocal on social media and his music. In his latest song, he noted that he was going to buy the Chicago Bulls and link up with Michael Jordan. Given how Kanye started a high school basketball team last year with his 'Donda Academy', seeing Ye in the basketball world wouldn't be too surprising.
