Jimmy Butler has one of the best development stories in the league. He used to be a role player who then worked his way up to being an All-Star. During his time with the Miami Heat, Butler developed even further and cemented his superstar status when he led last season’s Miami Heat team to the NBA Finals. The Miami Heat will look to Jimmy Butler to repeat his performances throughout the year. While the Miami Heat have struggled during the start of the season, they are currently on a 5 game winning streak.

The Miami Heat’s most recent win comes against the Utah Jazz, who are the best team in the league record-wise. The Miami Heat moved into the 5th seed after the win, and they look like they have finally found their groove. A huge part of their win was Jimmy Butler’s 33 point game, where he finished 2 assists shy of a triple-double.

One of the people who has praised Jimmy Butler recently is NBA analyst Kendrick Perkins. Perkins stated that Butler always shows up when it matters most for his team.

When it matters the most that damn Jimmy Butler always show up and show out!!! Jimmy gave the Best team in league that work tonight with a casual 33-10-8 with the W! Just saying tho…

Winning against the best team in the league is never easy, especially against a stout defensive team like the Utah Jazz. Jimmy Butler’s performance led them to another win against a tough opponent and showed why he’s so important to the Heat. Hopefully, this winning streak continues, and the Miami Heat get a playoff spot.
