Kevin Durant and LeBron James have had an iconic rivalry over the past decade. They have defined the league alongside Stephen Curry and have earned a seat at the table with the all-time greats in the NBA. The years of rivalry between KD and LeBron seem to have created mutual respect between the players as they recognize each other’s incredible skill sets.

KD and LeBron may be rivals on the court but are a part of the same Nike family as signature athletes on the brand. They both produce signature shoes under Nike that have been some of the most coveted basketball sneakers over the years. Nike will be releasing the LeBron 20’s soon, but everyone has gotten a sneak peek after Bronny and Bryce James wore the shoes to a recent game where LeBron got emotional seeing his sons as teammates.

KD further shared a screenshot of the shoes on his Instagram and openly told LeBron that the LeBron 20s may be the best shoes in his collection, rivaling the iconic LeBron 1s and the LeBron 3s.

As LeBron has had a signature shoe since his rookie season, there are a lot of LeBron shoes people can look back on to try to argue what the best versions are. Many people loved the LeBron 15s that were released in 2018 for what became his final season as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Durant has had some great shoes made for him by Nike as well, with many holding the KD 6’s, the KD 10s, and the KD 12s as some of the best sneakers he has had released in his collection.

LeBron and KD are icons of the sport and share a profound respect for each other. KD has endorsed LeBron’s newest shoe, which will be news to Nike’s ears when the shoes hit the market.
