If there’s one guy in the NBA who does not mince words, it’s got to be Brooklyn’s Kevin Durant. Whether it’s arguing with the fans on Twitter or flaming the media during press conferences, KD is a guy who isn’t afraid to speak what he thinks.

When it comes to TNT basketball analyst Charles Barkley and his rather flaming hot takes, Durant went into attack mode, roasting the NBA legend after he said some players deserve “preferential treatment” for the COVID-19 vaccine.

“I don’t know why they still ask this idiot’s opinion.”

Charles has been highly critical of Durant in the past, for his decision to join the Warriors back in 2016 and his “aggressive” behavior on Twitter and other social media platforms.

In this case, it seems it’s KD’s turn to clap back at Mr. Barkley — and he’s not the only one.

To say that athletes should get preferential treatment over regular citizens for something like a vaccine isn’t something that is going to fly over well with the community. While Chuck is often cited for being a fan-favorite on “Inside The NBA,” he may have finally stepped over the line here with his latest take, and it’s no surprise that Durant was there to remind him of it…
