On Instagram yesterday, he was kind enough to share his take on how to handle hate and adversity. Here is what he posted:

The message seems to be saying that love should never have to be forced. It should be natural, authentic, and real.
As a guy who is always in the spotlight, LeBron has handled more than his fair share of adversaries. Whether face-to-face, over Twitter, or behind his back, Bron is always facing some sort of criticism and it can sometimes come from those he calls friends.
As far as this season goes, the best way to get back at them is by going all the way. Despite being 35-years-old, he is playing well enough to help lead the Lakers to the biggest prize. Along the way, of course, LeBron will exercise caution in what kind of company he surrounds himself with. He won’t be forcing anything.
