LeBron James Responds After Jay Williams Calls Him A "Pippen"

Even as he sits preparing for his second-round matchup against Houston, LeBron James is the subject of basketball talk and debate. While his name being tossed around the NBA stratosphere is nothing new, it isn't every day he gets called a "Pippen" (as in sidekick) by a former NBA player...

Obviously LeBron's tenure in Miami is a bit controversial. Was he the leader of that Heta team, or was Wade? At what point did LeBron stop becoming a sidekick -- if he ever was one? The answers to those questions will vary depending on who you ask, but Jame himself is tired of his name being spoken and went off on Williams in an angry Twitter post.

Greatness comes at a cost and for Bron, whether he likes it or not, he will always be included in debates, discussions, and comparisons.

As for the claim that he was a "Pippen," that may have been true at one point, but there was no way Miami, or Wade, would have won without him. Either way, Bron is getting tired of hearing the chatter about it.
