Nikola Jokic Twerking Before A Tip-Off Made The Referee Laugh Really Hard

Nikola Jokic is not someone who is known for his sense of humor. Jokic is one of the best players in the NBA today and the reigning league MVP. The Joker’s claim to fame is his incredible play, especially his passing range as a big man. But he can be hilarious at times, as one referee found out during the Nuggets’ game against the Clippers.

During the tip-off preparation, Nikola Jokic began hysterically twerking. The referee who was getting ready to launch the ball for the tip-off couldn’t help but start laughing, thus delaying the start of the game. It was a hilarious moment that showed off Jokic’s underrated sense of humor quite well.

This isn’t the first time Jokic has shown off his humor on the court. During a game against the Jazz, Jokic viscously trolled Rudy Gobert, who was saying that he wanted to guard Jokic, and Jokic responded by reminding him that he had scored 47 points on him already.

Jokic can be funny on the court, but his play on the court is not remotely funny. Jokic might already be one of the most skilled big men to ever play the game. Unlike prototypical big men, Jokic’s game is based on his finesse and skill, using his passing and shooting ability to become one of the best offensive players in the league today.

And Jokic has improved on the defensive end, something Draymond Green took credit for recently. While he may not be the athletic big man that can block every shot, he is more than adept at protecting the rim for his team on the defensive end of the court.

Jokic will be hoping to retain his MVP title this season. But it might not be as easy, given that players like Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant are also playing at a very high level this year, and could take him the prize this year if things go right for them.
