When it comes to the world of broadcasting, there are a few NBA analysts that are on the top of the ladder. FS1 analyst Skip Bayless is certainly among those top shots in the industry.

Skip has been in the business for several years. But there have been times when Bayless has crossed the line. His relentless hate for LeBron James over the years has seemingly gotten annoying for fans.

However, this is something that can be ignored by fans and players. Even by Skip’s standards, he recently crossed the line when he tweeted by NFL player Damar Hamlin. Bayless has been utterly roasted by people around the globe. So much so that his co-host Shannon Sharpe reportedly skipped Tuesday’s episode of Undisputed because of Bayless’ tweet.

Matt Barnes Reveals Shocking Details About What People Think Of Skip Bayless

Former NBA player Matt Barnes is one of many who have stayed connected to the league even after retiring by becoming an analyst and launching podcasts.

In his recent Instagram story, Barnes revealed how one NBA player and coach were so fed up with Skip’s antics that they wanted to beat him. But Barnes somehow managed to stop them from hurting Bayless.

“First of all, Skip is a professional in this realm, [and] was highly respected. When people say, ‘read the whole tweet,’ he said the game was ‘irrelevant.’ He knew he had to put that at the end of the bullshit he was saying hoping we didn’t see through the bullshit, because how he truly felt was his original first sentence. I just feel as of late he’s been very very very disrespectful and out of pocket, and that’s normal, but he’s been that way to Shannon. I think Skip’s day is coming, and it may not be from a firing standpoint because you know white men in this profession can kinda get away with and do what they want.

“I know personally that I’ve had to defuse two situations—one with a coach and one with an NBA player. They wanted to f**k Skip up. Personally, I’ve had to do it. One was this year, and one was last year. Luckily, cooler heads prevailed, but I just see it’s just gone too far, in my opinion. And again, Shannon has had a lot of love or does have a lot of love for dude. But you can see Shannon’s fed up. And someone’s gonna end up hurting Skip, because his ego, his arrogance, his disrespect, has kind of always been on this level. But now I think it’s going to a new level.”

If what Barnes said is true, then Skip Bayless is certainly on the radar for many for obviously disrespecting them. As Barnes revealed, Skip has been getting more and more disrespectful regarding athletes and even his co-host Shannon Sharpe. Hopefully, Bayless can learn a lesson after the Hamlin incident. Otherwise, he may end up getting hurt.
