Zion Williamson is only in his second NBA season and is already making huge steps, confirming he’s one of the future faces of the association. The New Orleans Pelicans star is slowly becoming a superstar and with that status, signature shoes come.
He just revealed his ‘Zion 1’, which will be available soon in the States. The player decided to reveal the shoes with an interesting video featuring the player and his younger brother on the Jumpman Twitter account.

Zion is as happy as he can right now, and he can’t help but show his excitement about this new chapter of his career. He’s doing something that plenty of players dream to do but only a few of them can actually make it a reality.

“Words can’t really explain it. As a kid you just say it to put in the atmosphere like, Hey, I want my own signature shoe, but as you get older you see it is tough to get your own signature shoe,” says Williamson. “Things have to really go your way, and I just want to thank Jordan Brand for the opportunity because I don’t think it has hit me yet.”Williamson says there were a lot of Zoom calls in the process but mentioned that he would get lost in thought about this actually happening.“What makes my signature line unique is that you are going to find a lot of gems within the line and you are going to learn about me. I am a very out-there guy, but when you actually get to know me, I am just this super chill and down-to-earth dude.”
The shoes will come in four colorways, with all of them having a big meaning in Zion’s life.

This kid is already making a lot of noise in the league and if he keeps developing, there won’t be limits for him. Zion is exceeding the expectations around him and many fans wonder what’s next for him. He just unveiled his first signature shoes and this won’t be the end for him.
