A recent report from Matt Moore of Action Network revealed that the team won’t make moves until right before the deadline, in the hopes of “a bidding war” happening for their players.
Don’t expect any moves until right before the deadline from Toronto. They’ve made all their non-Scottie-Barnes players available for discussion, at extreme prices, and will wait to see if a bidding war amps up.
A large number of Toronto Raptors players have already received trade interest, with two-way forward OG Anunoby being one of them. He was most recently linked to the New Orleans Pelicans, and it’ll be interesting to see if any team ends up paying the price to acquire him in the future.
Fred VanVleet Is A Target For The Los Angeles Clippers
Fred VanVleet is a solid point guard who is well-known for his 3PT shooting and ballhandling ability. He is likely a player the Raptors will try to move ahead of the trade deadline due to his contract situation, and he has recently been linked with the Los Angeles Clippers.

VanVleet seems like the perfect player to play off of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, and there have even been rumors that suggested Kawhi Leonard wants Fred VanVleet on the team.
