Heat Could Trade Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro, And Andre Iguodala To The Wizards For Bradley Beal

Pat Riley has never been one known to stay stagnant. When his Heat needed a boost in 2010, he formed a superteam that went on to win two-straight Championships. After the dynasty fell apart years later, he went to work building another.

Today, the Miami Heat have compiled one of the best rosters in the NBA. With a 41-24 record in the East, they are also among the most elite teams in their conference.

But it may still not be enough for Riley and the front-office, who could look to bring in a certain All-Star guard from the nation’s capital.

Heat Receive: SG Bradley Beal

Wizards Receive: C Bam Adebayo, SG Tyler Herro, F Andre Iguodala

If the Wizards trade Beal, they’ll need a young All-Star in return.

For Washington, Adebayo gives them a 22-year-old center who can anchor a defense, rebound and is among the best passing big men in the game. Paired with Rui Hachimura in the Wizards’ frontcourt, Adebayo is set to grow into one of the best overall centers in the NBA.

Bradley Beal is coming off the best season of his career, in which he averaged 30.5 points per game as the de-facto leader and scorer for the Wizards. Needless to say, his scoring and shooting prowess would be useful for the Heat.

In return, the Wizards get back an All-Star, a young shooting prospect, and a proven veteran leader.

It’s a deal that works for both sides and gives each an opportunity to take a step forward in the direction they’re wanting to head. It’ll be interesting to see how the situation for both teams develop in the weeks and months to come.
