This trade has not gone down well with Dallas Mavericks fans at all, as they cannot understand why the franchise would agree to trade a player like Luka Doncic, who was a perennial All-NBA player and MVP candidate who looked like he would be leading their franchise for the next decade.
Mavs fans are far from the only group that were surprised by this move. Luka Doncic himself couldn’t believe the news and was taken aback by the announcement.
