Nia Long doesn’t have many reasons to support the Miami Heat in the 2023 NBA Playoffs, but she has a lot to root against the Boston Celtics organization. After the Ime Udoka cheating scandal became a public situation, Long didn’t want to hear from the Celtics again.

On Friday night, the actress was apparently watching the game, as she took to social media to share a curious message right after the Heat dominated the Celtics and took a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

“Today was a good day. Thank God it’s Friday, whew!!! ” Long tweeted.

Many fans reacted to this, some trolling Ime Udoka, others reacting directly to what Nia said and some fans laughing or showing their unhappiness with the tweet.

Somebody said she sees the long vision.

One fan agreed with her.

Another one criticized her for being mad at the Celtics and not Ime Udoka.

Many simply laughed at this, joining Long’s Twitter party at the expense of the Celtics.

Long had a difficult time last year after the Ime Udoka scandal went viral, and now she’s living a calm and happy life. In the end, she appears to be healed from all of that and is now focused on different things in life.

Nia Long Has Called Out The Celtics Over The Ime Udoka Scandal

During that time, Long was very vocal against the Boston Celtics, calling them out for leaking details about Udoka’s behavior and putting her son in a complicated position. She revealed she had to move after everything was made public and her son had to go through rough times trying to process all of this.

Now, while Ime Udoka is set to start a new chapter in his coaching career, Nia is having a great time. She’s been spotted with friends, smiling and hanging out with men, so they have moved on from this bad situation.

Still, she appears to hold a grudge against the Celtics, and that doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon.
