Throughout the years, people have given Paul George a hard time because of his lack of success in the playoffs.
They even mocked him by saying that his wife-to-be got a ring before him, while others criticized him for cheating on Doc Rivers’ daughter.
Well, none of that matters for the Los Angeles Clippers star anymore, as no one, not even his harshest critic can take away joy from him right now.
George and his beloved companion Daniela Rajic just welcome their new baby, naming him “Vuk” — which translates to “Wolf”, in honor of Rajic’s Serbian heritage.
“Vuk (Serbian Cyrillic: Вук) is a male Slavic given name, predominantly recorded among Serbs as well as Croatians, Bulgarians, Macedonians, Montenegrins, Slovenes. The name literally means “wolf”. … In the Serbian epic poetry, the wolf is a symbol of fearlessness,” says Wikipedia.
George’s relationship was a subject of controversy a couple of years ago, as Damian Lillard mocked him because Daniela formerly worked as a stripper.
Then again, George has never cared about the outside noise and he’s clearly happy with his new family.
