Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors have won the 2022 NBA championship, and there’s no question that their win was well deserved. They have caught the eyes of many around the world, including someone important in the White House.

President Joe Biden has recently congratulated Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors on winning the NBA championship, stating that Curry had a “legendary performance”. He has also stated that he would see the team at the White House, and it is notably a tradition for sports teams to come visit the White House after their championship victory.

Congrats to the Golden State @Warriors on yet another NBA title and to Finals MVP @StephenCurry30 for another legendary performance. Grit. Heart. Strength in numbers. That’s America.

Congrats to the Golden State Warriors on yet another NBA title and to Finals MVP Stephen Curry for another legendary performance. Grit. Heart. Strength in numbers. That’s America. See you at the White House.

The Golden State Warriors are clearly must-watch basketball. It was previously reported that he generated $1.4 billion video views across the NBA’s social-media accounts during the season, by far the most of any NBA player. It seems as though Joe Biden is an admirer himself, and we’ll see how the Warriors’ visit to the White House foes in the future.

Stephen Curry has generated 1.4 billion video views across the NBA’s social-media accounts this season. That’s by far the most of any NBA player. Nobody even comes close; Ja Morant was the next-highest player, but he only generated 791 million views:

While they may be heading to Washington DC at some point, as of now, the Golden State Warriors are likely focused on celebrating their title. It was a tough road for them, and it’s amazing that they managed to win after two years of missing the playoffs.

The Golden State Warriors could potentially be a force for years to come. Stephen Curry is at the center of everything the day, and so long as he is leading them, they have a chance to beat anyone.
