Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns had yet another tough night last night as they played against the New Orleans Pelicans. Coming into Game 4, many fans expected the Suns to win and move one step closer to winning the series. But the Pelicans showed incredible fight, as they rallied and went on to win Game 4 and tie up the series at 2-2. And one incident during the game had a lot of fans talking.

During the fourth quarter, Chris Paul knocked down New Orleans Pelicans rookie Herb Jones. Paul may not have thought much of it, as he immediately went to go offer the rookie a hand and help him up. But Jones seemed to take some offense to what Paul did, as he completely ignored his hand, and waited till someone from his own team came his way to try and help him up off the floor.

This was far from the only source of frustration for Chris Paul during the game. Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado finally got the better of Chris Paul, as he finally pulled off his signature sneaky steal against CP3. After the game, Alvarado took shots at Paul, telling him that he can’t wave him off as he had in the previous game and that he can finally check Paul’s name off the list of players he wanted to pull the move off against.

The Suns will now be returning back to Phoenix to try and get another win and try and put the series to bed. The Suns do not want to risk losing this series to the Pelicans, but the Suns run that risk the longer the Pelicans stay in this series. If the Suns lose in the first round, they will be the first team since the 2011 San Antonio Spurs to secure the first seed and then lose in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
