Inside The NBA on TNT is without a doubt the funniest basketball analysis show in the world today. While there are several shows dedicated to analyzing and commenting on the NBA, Inside The NBA is able to bring a degree of entertainment value and the natural camaraderie among the crew makes the show one of the best on air. And last night, unforeseen circumstances made for a hilarious situation to start the show.

Inside The NBA went on the air with Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, and Charles Barkley sitting together. Conspicuous by his absence was Shaquille O’Neal. Johnson explained that O’Neal was running late due to traffic in Atlanta, and would join the show later. Charles Barkley hilariously quipped while a video from O’Neal in traffic that O’Neal was the only person who didn’t anticipate the traffic on the day.

Since the playoffs have begun, Inside The NBA is on the air daily to discuss games from each series, as opposed to their once-a-week slot on Thursdays. And with more episodes occurring every day, there have been a lot more hilarious moments than usual from the quartet. Earlier this week, Charles Barkley hilariously roasted Shaquille O’Neal over bringing his children to the game. It has been a great week for Chuck to poke fun at his panelists.

The panel has also become very helpful for fans to try and get a better insight into the game of basketball. Kenny, Shaq, and Barkley have all had experience in the NBA, playing at the highest level and winning NBA championships on numerous occasions. Their combined playoff experience and pedigree allow them to weigh in on the unique scenarios the playoffs can create for the players in the league today.
