Shaquille O’Neal has finally gotten the papers from layers involved in the FTX lawsuit. The Big Diesel reportedly didn’t want to do anything with these people, but he had no remedy on Tuesday night, getting served without the chance of hiding.

“He was personally provided the papers, so he cannot raise his absurd delay tactics,” Adam Moskowitz told ProFootball Talk. “We watched the prior Heat/Celtics game, so knew he would be in the outside broadcasting booth where fans were right next door.”

Shaq had avoided justice for a while, but he was in a no-escape zone Tuesday night, and as he saw the Boston Celtics getting away with a win on the verge of being swept, O’Neal didn’t have the same fate, getting served in a lawsuit accusing a series of celebrities of “deceptive practices to sell FTX yield-bearing digital currency accounts.”

Among these people, NFL legend Tom Brady and his ex-wife Nicole Bundchen are included, as well as Stephen Curry, whom Shaq joked with about this situation on Tuesday night.

Shaquille O’Neal Avoided Lawyers For Months To Not Get Served In This Lawsuit

Back in March, O’Neal was accused of hiding in his home to not see lawyers and avoid getting served. This situation raised many eyebrows around the league, as Shaq was the only person in this group to have missed these papers.

Things didn’t change until last week; he kept avoiding attorneys looking for him. Well, things worked against Shaq on Tuesday, and the Big Diesel had no way out. He’s now served and set to see what’s going to happen with this lawsuit.

Meanwhile, he’s cracking jokes about his ties with FTX and the whole situation. However, attorneys had the last laugh in this situation, and Shaq, like the rest of the celebrities who were sued, will wait to see how this issue gets solved.

He’ll be in Boston tomorrow, hoping to see another good game and avoid people who try to disturb his peace.
