Steph Curry Responds To Kenny Smith Saying He Doesn’t Have The Range Of Damian Lillard

2 Min Read

Stephen Curry may not be in the bubble, but he’s always watching, he’s aware of everything going on in the league. Yesterday, one of the most anticipated matchups finally took place in the NBA playoffs; the Portland Trail Blazers took on the Los Angeles Lakers and Damian Lillard kept his rhythm, assisting his teammates, getting rebounds and of course, making shots from anywhere. Dame once again showed his range against the Lakers and that led Kenny Smith to make a bold claim about Dame and Curry.

After the game was over, Smith talked about Lillard’s range, claiming it was better than Steph’s.

“I don’t think you can shoot as deep as him Steph,” Smith said on Tuesday night’s NBA on TNT broadcast. “I got to see it when you come back.”

Steph didn’t like those comments and he was quick to respond to ‘The Jet’.

“love you @TheJetOnTNT ….. but you trippin right now,” Curry wrote on Twitter.

Smith replied, saying that it was a long time since Curry was out of action, so he forgot about his range.

You have players like Lillard, Trae Young, and Devin Booker, who can shoot the ball from anywhere. However, when you talk about range, there is only one name that should come to your mind: Stephen Curry.

The Splash Brother is one of the biggest absents in this NBA bubble, but he’s getting ready to return with his Warriors next season and show everybody nor he neither his team are done in this league.

Meanwhile, Lillard is hoping to upset the Lakers and eliminated them from these playoffs. Portland took the 1-0 lead after the 100-93 victory on Tuesday night after he dropped 34 points.
