The Boston Celtics are just a few minutes away from moving on to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals, but the story in Game 4 has been on Tobias Harris, who took a pretty scary looking fall in the third quarter.

After getting caught up with Jayson Tatum, Harris tumbled to the floor, which was followed by blood and a few moments of Harris writhing in pain on the floor.

He was able to walk off the court on his own accord, but concern for his health ha been expressed by basketball fans all over the internet.

No word yet has been passed down on Harris’ condition, but the body language form both he and the team did not portray good feelings.

The Celtics mounted a 12-0 run shortly after the injury and the Sixers have not yet displayed the intensity they did in the first two quarters.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tobias that the fall is not as bad as it seemed.
