“It’s cool to see Giannis saying this stuff, because he’s probably my favorite player,” Wembanyama said. “He’s such a humble guy. He talks about the work I need to keep doing, because he knows how it is to come from the bottom.
“It’s nice to see him talk about me like this, especially because I played with his brother. They do really look alike. I really appreciate these guys. They’re really generous and humble. I really like the Antetokounmpos.”

Wembanyama is talking about Giannis Antetokounmpo’s praise during an appearance on Serge Ibaka’s “How Hungry Are You?” show. Wemby has drawn this type of reaction from many people, including LeBron James.
Others, like Charles Barkley, are still skeptical about Wembanyama, saying that until he confirms that he’s great in the NBA, people shouldn’t be hyping him up.
