The series between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies turned out to be an extremely feisty one, with both teams going at one another on and off the court. Steve Kerr went off on Dillon Brooks, Ja Morant wrote some contentious tweets that were deleted, and of course, the image of Draymond Green dancing along to ‘whoop that trick’ after the Warriors got blown out is one of the moments of the playoffs so far this season.

And while there is mutual respect to some level between the players, fans on either side have not been holding back at all. Memes have been all over social media making fun of players and coaches on both teams, but with the Warriors finally winning and seeing it through, those are now mostly coming from fans of Golden State.

A particular edited video from a conversation between Draymond Green and Ja Morant, showing Morant crying, has gone viral. The video is well-made enough to have convinced some, while the rest seemingly find it quite hilarious:

“Nah we ain’t gonna stop!”

“Not the crying filter hahaha.”

“I’m like damn, that gotta be a filter.”

“Y’all have no chill man, this is hilarious.”

“I deada** thought that he actually cried.”

“Ain’t no crying now yo. All that talking and dancing around.”

“He shouldn’t feel bad, he couldn’t even play.”

“This filter has gone too far, people in here confused as hell.”

“Y’all going to stop playing with him and that filter, man.”

“I’m dying at this lmaoooo.”

“The mf who made this, I just want to talk.”

Morant and his team gave a great account of themselves throughout the series and will be licking their lips at the thought of another run in the postseason when the next campaign rolls around. However, the Warriors did end up winning this series comfortably in the end, and they’ll likely be a hard team for anyone to beat until they have their Big 3 of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.
